Job Description

The incumbent is part of actuarial pricing department mainly responsible for the areas described below:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performing custom pricing on special quotation requests using actuarial software.
  • Making financial assessment and recommendation for a pricing offer which optimizes premium competitiveness and company profitability/risks.
  • Support policy servicing requests such as post-sales illustrations etc.
  • Build and update pricing models used for custom pricing using Excel or AXIS.
  • Perform peer review of teams pricing models and support UAT testing.
  • Ad-hoc pricing tasks as assigned (e.g. to support product pricing channel compensation review dummy risk analysis etc.)


Required Qualifications:

  • Good progress on actuarial exams
  • Fresh graduates welcomed to apply
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel Access Word Power Point)
  • Team player oriented as well as able to work independently
  • Knowledge of AXIS software is asset
