Job Description

Are you a fluent Polish speaker who loves helping people and is looking for a new career adventure in a sunny European city We are hiring a Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. This is a full-time on-site role where youll provide outstanding support for one of the worlds most popular social media platforms.

The Project and Your Role

Youll be part of a dynamic multicultural team dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. Your mission is to help users with their questions and issues ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience on the platform. We provide comprehensive paid training so no prior experience is required.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: You will respond to customer inquiries and issues via various channels like chat email and social media. You will address a wide range of topics from account access and technical issues to general questions.
  • Problem Solving: You will investigate and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively using your expertise and the resources provided to you.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction: You will ensure every interaction is professional empathetic and results in a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Documentation: You will accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our internal systems.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with your team and other departments to find solutions and improve processes.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who is a great communicator and a natural problem-solver.

  • Native-level or Fluent Polish: You must have C2-level proficiency in Polish (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Good English Skills: You need at least a B2 level of English to communicate with your international team participate in training and understand company policies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You should be an excellent listener with a clear and professional communication style.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You should be a resourceful individual who can analyze problems and provide quick effective solutions.
  • Empathy and Patience: You need to be patient empathetic and able to handle a variety of customer personalities and situations with a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools and processes is essential.
