The Project and Your Role

- Good English Skills: You need at least a B2 level of English to communicate with your international team participate in training and understand company policies.
- Strong Communication Skills: You should be an excellent listener with a clear and professional communication style.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You should be a resourceful individual who can analyze problems and provide quick effective solutions.
- Empathy and Patience: You need to be patient empathetic and able to handle a variety of customer personalities and situations with a positive attitude.
- Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools and processes is essential.
