Position: IT Consultant HR Core Technologies (Taguig) Hybrid
Location: BGC Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (1 day onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Manage and oversee project budgets with accuracy and accountability
- Ensure an efficient purchasing process involving the purchasing department and maintain transparent communication channels
- Lead projects following established Project Management standards focusing on IT implementation and coordinating vendor and internal teams effectively
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define and align technical standards for new projects and improvements
- Strive to keep technical standards aligned with industry best practices to enhance scalability and ease of maintenance
- Deliver projects and enhancements on time including new functionalities and applications with a strong focus on success
- Change Management:
- Develop detailed technical concepts for all proposed changes
- Oversee the implementation of changes and provide dedicated hyper-care support after deployment
- Core Technology Operations:
- Ensure ongoing business continuity and smooth system operations within HR Core Technologies
- Follow structured problem-solving approaches and incorporate lessons learned from technical issues
- Technical Documentation:
- Guarantee the availability and quality of all technical documentation whether for vendor solutions or internal developments
- Keep LeanIX documentation current and accurate at all times
- Knowledge Management:
- Systematically apply lessons learned across teams and the Competence Center to foster continuous improvement
- Commit to ongoing professional growth and sharing of best practices including attending relevant IT conferences and exhibitions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant
- Preferred expertise in SAP HR/HCM SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Master Data (HR modules)
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) modules
- Academic background in Technology Business Administration or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience with IT core solutions for HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all stakeholder levels
- Strong initiative and the ability to independently drive projects
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet internal stakeholder needs building long-term relationships
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Willingness to occasionally travel
