This role is part of Alcons Project Management function a team that ensures all regular and one-off projects are planned organized and executed effectively to help our people and the world see brilliantly. The Associate II Project/Program Management (Para-Professional & Support Path) is primarily responsible for coordinating projects to ensure efficient execution and compliance with frameworks.
The role is responsible for administrative aspects in support of PMO department activities and PMO led project activities. The job includes managing financial data and reporting assisting with purchases and delivery tracking coordinating meeting minutes and updates travel planning/coordination as assigned and general departmental administrative tasks as required. Additionally the project administrator will oversee a team of clerks that will support the functioning of this role. Specifics include:
