About the Role:
Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist 12-Month FTC
Nottingham (West Bridgford / Castle Boulevard / Vic Centre) includes weekend working
Were looking for a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role youll:
- Manage your own clinics across multiple Nottingham locations.
- Deliver customer-focused Hearingcare solutions with confidence and compassion.
- Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and aftercare.
- Recommend tailored solutions from our full product portfolio helping customers improve their quality of life through better hearing.

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused service
- Conduct full hearing assessments and safely perform BSA-recommended procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Meet appointment and sales targets
- Promote Hearingcare services and generate in-store demand
- Keep up to date with CPD and professional development
Person Specification:
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
- HCPC registration (essential)
- 2 years post-qualification experience
- Consistent high clinical audit results
- Strong track record of CPD and meeting commercial targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
