Team Lead Accounting Marketplace (m/f/d)

• Lead the Accounting Marketplace Team of up to 4 people (technically and disciplinary) to prepare the monthly reporting according to IFRS and annual financial statements according to HGB (German GAAP)

• Prepare internal financial reportings for the CFO local MD and other relevant stakeholders

• Analyze review improve existing accounting-related processes and implement new operational processes and guidelines

• Serve as the main contact person for all reporting topics for our Marketplace entities for both internal and external stakeholders (auditors banks investors etc.)

• Use the opportunity to expand your skills/knowledge in working with SAP S/4HANA and other SaaS-Solutions.

• Have 5 years of professional experience in Accounting according to HGB relevant professional experience in the areas of general ledger accounting German VAT and process improvements IFRS is a plus.

• Demonstrate the ability to successfully lead and develop teams.

• Show strong commitment and willingness to take ownership and initiative for changing processes and implementing solutions.

• Have advanced time management skills and a strong ability for self-organization.

• Possess strong computer skills including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with DATEV and SAP S/4Hana is a plus.

• High proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
