- Prepare and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Support Training Administration & Classes.
- Assist with maintaining and auditing training documentation.
- Assist with managing asset assignments and inventory.
- Conduct Training Evaluations.
- Communicate with Training Supervisor on the status of all training initiatives.
- Continue professional development of SERVPRO specific skills and expertise including field-based work.
- Take ownership over Safety & Risk Management.
- Expected 50% travel.
- Fluent in English & Spanish Required
- Superb communication and public speaking skills with ability to professionally interact with SERVPRO employees and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to new programs.
- Capability to work in a fast paced team-oriented office & field crew.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (I.e. Outlook Word Excel SharePoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Drivers License and clean driving record
