Summary
The Revenue Management Executive supports the optimization of the hotels revenue performance by assisting in the development and execution of pricing strategies demand forecasting market analysis and inventory management. This role plays a key part in supporting the commercial strategy and maximizing profitability ensuring consistent application of revenue management strategies.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and monitoring pricing strategies across all segments (Rooms F&B Events etc.).
Prepare and update daily weekly monthly and annual forecasts.
Produce revenue reports and performance analyses for the management team.
Conduct regular competitive set analysis (STR reports Lighthouse).
Monitor market trends demand drivers and upcoming events to anticipate changes.
Recommend tactical actions during high and low demand periods.
Support the optimization of channel mix and cost of distribution.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing Reservations Website and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment.
Participate in revenue meetings with key stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
