Position Title: Executive Operations - Call Centre


Reports To: Call Centre Manager / Team Leader


Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre this role you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers resolve their inquiries and provide solutions to their needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Provide accurate information about products services or policies.
  2. Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively. Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
  3. Communication: Maintain a positive and empathetic tone during interactions. Ensure clarity and understanding in all conversations.
  4. Call Management: Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  5. Documentation: Record details of customer interactions issues and resolutions. Update customer accounts in the CRM system accurately.
  6. Sales/Promotions (if applicable): Promote and upsell company products or services to meet sales targets. Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.


Qualifications and Skills:


Education: Bachelors degree preferred


Experience: Previous experience in customer service sales or a related field is an advantage.


Skills:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Proficient in using computers CRM systems and basic software tools.


Multitasking and time-management abilities.


Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
