Position Title: Executive Operations - Call Centre
Reports To: Call Centre Manager / Team Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre this role you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers resolve their inquiries and provide solutions to their needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
