Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer the Executive Director of Administration is responsible for the overall administration and operations of Physician Group including the management of the primary and specialty care physician clinics and offices. Additional responsibilities include:
The oversight of the clinic operations regarding administrative and clinical processes customer service physician recruiting human resources portions of the revenue cycle and financial management compliance and quality.
This individual must partner with provider and physician leadership to drive market growth and execute on strategies and issues related to the primary and specialty care practices.
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including talent acquisition staffing employment processing compensation health and welfare benefits training and development records management safety and health succession planning employee relations and retention.
AA/EEO compliance and labor relations
engages as needed in recruiting selecting orienting training coaching counseling and disciplining staff; planning monitoring appraising and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production productivity quality and customer service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change. All of the above takes place under the oversight of the People Services Dept. Plans and monitors staffing activities including hiring orienting evaluating disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree MPH graduate education preferred.
Leadership Courses through continuing education conferences.
Minimum of ten years of relevant experience with a preference for direct experience with a variety of physician practice solutions practice transformation and program growth.
