Additional Duties/Job Dimensions
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Upon employment all employees are required to fully comply with policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate Company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Preferred limited to no experience required; previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred.
Must have excellent customer service skills guest service oriented.
Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils dryers vacuum cleaners tools and fixtures.
Ability to work quickly under pressure.
Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations.
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift.
Frequent climbing of stairs.
Frequent bending stooping reaching kneeling and carrying.
Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of rooms and surfaces.
Working conditions include being regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals occasionally works in outside weather conditions occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and noise level may be moderate to loud.

Education and/or Experience
High school or equivalent (Preferred) experience in a similar position preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Strong interactive skills and the ability to work independently required.
Language Skills
Strong verbal communications. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Must be detailed oriented and motivated. Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Must have the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to deal with problems in a calm and professional manner.
