We are looking for a well organised Executive Personal Assistant to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings so that they are efficient and effective
- Prepare daily schedule for the respective directors and remind them regularly
- Book travel arrange itineraries and prepare travel documents.
- Ensure that the country hosting them have all arrangements in place including the meetings and logistics
- Manage email correspondence including responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues.
- Provide general support to the executive including preparing for meetings managing correspondence and performing other tasks as needed.
- Make sure the directors offices are organised for them to operate efficient.
- Arrange for refreshment and logistics as required
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite or other productivity tools.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with executives colleagues and stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Communications or a related field.
