Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hospitals technical services team including engineers technicians and contractors.
• Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of all medical equipment HVAC systems generators lifts fire alarms and other critical infrastructure.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to technical faults and emergencies.
• Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) and other relevant standards.
• Oversee contractor work ensuring quality control and compliance with hospital policies.
• Prepare and manage technical budgets procurement and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with hospital administration clinical staff and external partners to support operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical or Biomedical) or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or technical management preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure HTM standards and statutory compliance.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
