Job Specification
Our client is seeking a progressive AI Business Analyst thatwill play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical development. The successful candidatewill gather and analyse requirements create functional specifications and collaborate with both stakeholders and development teams to ensure that the AI functionalities align with user needs and business objectives.
In order to be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
Mandatory Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science or a related field.
Experience Requirement: 3 years of experience in business analysis preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with documentation tools project management software and data analysis techniques
Remote Work Capability: Comfort working independently in a remote setting with effective time management.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of best practices in business analysis and project management methodologies.
AI Technologies: Familiarity with AI-driven applications and how they can be integrated within business processes.
Cloud Services: Awareness of cloud computing platforms and their capabilities in supporting business analytics and integrations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding compliance standards such as GDPR and their implications on business operations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Gather and document business and AI/ML requirements.
Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
Support product and solution design with clear specifications.
Analyze data and validate AI outputs for business impact.
Map and optimize business processes for AI opportunities.
Conduct market and competitive analysis.
Define and track KPIs ROI and performance metrics.
Identify and manage risks compliance and ethical concerns.
Support change management training and user adoption.
Align AI initiatives with strategy and suggest innovative use cases.
