Job Description

Introduction

POSITION: Solution Architect

INDUSTRY: Engineering Industry

SALARIES: Up to R1.1 mil p/a

AREA: East Rand Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities

Summarized Responsibilities:

Determine the appropriate technology platforms frameworks and tools for each project
Ensuring that the solution is developed and deployed according to the design
Facilitate solution compliance to security privacy and regulatory needs
Manage technical debt and technology obsolescence at solution level
Advocate adoption of new technologies into solutions
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the chosen solution

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience required:

University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
TOGAF Certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Minimum 5 years experience
