Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI & Automation Manager to lead our companys efforts in leveraging artificial intelligence and automation across content marketing and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology creativity and business efficiency and who can drive measurable results by streamlining processes generating AI-driven content and amplifying our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Marketing Automation
- Design and manage AI-driven content generation workflows for blogs newsletters scripts and marketing assets.
- Implement social media automation strategies to optimize posting schedules engagement and analytics.
- Oversee AI-powered content automation tools to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Use generative AI and automation platforms to create personalized and scalable marketing campaigns.
- Partner with the marketing team to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using AI-driven insights.
Work Process Automation
- Identify inefficiencies across departments and design automated solutions to improve workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Integrate AI assistants chatbots and automation tools into customer support sales HR and other business functions.
- Build and manage automation dashboards to track KPIs performance metrics and ROI.
- Lead adoption and training programs to ensure smooth integration of automation tools across teams.
AI Strategy & Implementation
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI platforms tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to align AI strategy with company goals.
- Ensure ethical and responsible AI usage across business functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in automation management AI-driven marketing or digital process transformation.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI-based content automation (blogs video scripts campaigns) even if not directly writing content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier Make (Integromat) HubSpot Salesforce Airtable or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT Jasper MidJourney Synthesia etc.) is a strong plus.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Strong Advantages
- Proven experience with AI and automation tools across marketing content and operations.
- Background in content marketing or growth with an advantage of content experience to leverage AI-driven creation at scale.
- Experience scaling social media or marketing presence through AI-driven workflows.
- Demonstrated success in improving efficiency and reducing costs via automation solutions.
