Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Revenue Reporting: Manage revenue forecasting reporting and analysis across business units. Annual revenue reporting gross revenue retention net revenue retention churn analysis and related KPIs.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting cycles rolling forecasts and scenario modelling.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare revenue dashboards variance analysis and Board-level presentations.
- Data & Insights: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Process Improvement and Development: Drive efficiencies in financial systems reporting accuracy and forecasting tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BCom Degree in Accounting. Completed CA(SA)/CIMA advantageous
- 5 years experience in FP&A financial modelling or revenue reporting
- Tech industry experience advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
- Exposure to ERP/BI tools (SAP Power BI or similar) advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to build and maintain team dynamics
