RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching target industries market and competitor information
- Interviewing clients including face-to-face meetings to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
- Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
- Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management
- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
- Performing valuation of private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of industries.
- Reviewing transaction agreements and capital structures to understand rights of different share classes.
- Performing business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions
- Developing financial models for transaction and valuation engagements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting MBA
- Up to 1 or 2 years of valuation experience or fresh graduates with valuation exposures and strong valuation fundamentals will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Further proficiency in other Asian languages such as Mandarin Korean etc. will be considered favorably.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
