What youll do:
- Co-create transformation strategies business and operating models with clients.
- Improve business functions: finance performance management workforce customer experience and supply chain.
- Drive change in digital organization human and business culture.
- Work in diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Being coached by your leaders and coach junior team members and support project management.
What were looking for:
- 3 years of experience in consulting or business transformation business management.
- Strong analytical Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A degree in business finance or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
- A proactive mindset collaborative spirit and passion for critical thinking and solving problems.
