Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and ensure their effectiveness in meeting business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define system requirements understand business needs and implement solutions.
- Develop high-quality code and configure Salesforce systems for enhanced functionality and user experience.
- Conduct system integrations and data migration activities to ensure continuity and efficiency across platforms.
- Provide technical support addressing and resolving any issues in real time to minimize business impact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features best practices and integration patterns.
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development testing and deployment.
- Manage user roles security profiles workflow rules and other Salesforce administrative functions.
- Customize Salesforce fields page layouts record types reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce OEM customization.
- Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex and Lightning Components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
