Job Description
We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets combining pioneering AI with large alternative data 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam Indonesia India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry in particular to provide the un & under served access to credit. At the core of this initiative has been our strict and unwavering adherence to the norms of consumer data privacy and consumer data rights.

How you will make an impact in this role
You will manage the interface between the Conversational AI gateway and engineering ensuring that AI modules align with business needs. By focusing on innovation and robustness you will enhance AI service architecture supporting the development of compliant and effective AI solutions. Your leadership will drive the integration of AI services that meet Kompatos strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the interface between the Conversational AI gateway and engineering.
- Oversee the integration and operational accuracy of AI services with core engineering.
- Collaborate with data science teams to extend functionality across customer journey AI modules.
- Continuously enhance AI service architecture with a focus on innovation and robustness.
Requirements
- Customer empathy first principle problem solving and extreme ownership.
- Skills in AI-engineering interfacing and collaboration with data science teams.
- Ability to manage and innovate AI service architecture.
- Experience in overseeing the integration and operational accuracy of AI services.
- Skills in extending functionality across customer journey AI modules.
