We are seeking an accomplished and highly experiencedProject Managerto join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery and leading project teams to implement IT solutions that meet our clients strategic objectives.
Roleresponsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to successful completion ensuring delivery within defined scope timelines and budget
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting the adoption of Agile best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues to ensure project success
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure strict adherence to GFTs project management methodologies standards and best practices
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
- A minimum of7years of experiencein project management and Agile methodologies ideally within the IT or banking industry
- Good communication in Thai and English.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience in digital banking or financial services projects
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP AWS) and associated technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Banking domain knowledge is a plus
