Your Impact: As Chief of Staff you will play a critical role in overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive decision-making program management and initiative implementation. Your efforts will help improve organizational efficiency optimize processes and foster a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive strategic business initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Assist executives in decision-making program management and initiative implementation.
- Identify and address knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
- Enhance organizational processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between staff executives and the CEO ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Support the human resources department with onboarding and employee concerns.
- Oversee daily operations and perform administrative tasks to support senior managers.
- Develop relationships with employees to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
- Work on special projects with the CEO and executives to define new operational strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a business management or executive role.
- Proven success in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or a similar field.
- Experience in data analysis budget management and operations management.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- A nimble business mind focused on creative solutions and project coordination.
