The opportunity:
Design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects cost effectively and in accordance with contract specifications quality standards and safety requirements.
How youll make an impact:
You will evaluate select and applies standard techniques and procedures to perform engineeringassignments provide technical support for testing installation and commissioning activities prepare projectdocumentation within ones scope of deliverables assist in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materialsestimated engineering hours etc.).
You will support Contract Managers in issuing claims (new/change in scope of work cost impacttime impact risk quantifications etc.) provide quality solutions as per customer requirements and delivers withinbudget and contract ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks.
You will create work plans and cost estimates in own area of responsibility and ensures qualitydeliverables on time and within targeted cost. Improves effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with otherfunctions complete risk and opportunity assessments and ensure implementation ofresulting actions in ones area of responsibility Reports any contract/quality/program/cost issues to managementalong with recommendations for resolution.
You will assist customers on technical issues interacts with official contacts contractors and other staff within his/herscope of deliverables assist communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings collaborate with the Supply Chain function to ensure that technical requirements forequipment or services are communicated and agreed on with potential suppliers provide technical evaluation ofsupplier proposals and accept as fit for purpose supplied equipment or services.
You will use standard processes and tools applicable to ones area of responsibility ensure thatengineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements report processes andtools inefficiencies and suggest improvements ideas assign tasks to and coordinates work with entry level engineers techniciansadministrative staff.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor Mechanical/electrical/automation Engineering or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in English communication.
