The opportunity:
Graduates will be joining a dynamic and challenging environment where you will obtain an understanding of company activities and be exposed to Global Transformer Business management. This high-profile program will also provide excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs technical and product training industry site experience and training with leading-edge technologies. The job assignment rotations during the trainee period will provide graduates with all coaching and development needed to accelerate the functional and leadership competencies and skills for onward progression.
How youll make an impact:
You will work with various functional teams at power transformer factories learn to use Hitachi Energy design tools understand customer requirements during quotation stage and after project receipt follow engineering process to create order designs and documents keeping project cost in mind while fully aligning with customer specifications.
You will align with the manufacturing plan to deliver design specifications and create requirements in ERP prepare documentation for other departments like purchasing sales manufacturing testing etc.
You will order materials for transformer production follow-up on manufacturing of approved designs and customer service.
You will analyse new proposals requirements specifications and products & plan conduct coordinate and develop recommendations using advanced engineering concepts and processes.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelors or masters degree in electrical equipment Power system engineering.
Proficient in the use of MS-office software Auto CAD.
Open to learn from foreign cultures and willing to gain experiences in other countries and changing environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English language both spoken and written.
