The opportunity:
Focus on planning organizing and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope time quality and budget constraints. Roles include those responsible for general project/program management. Also includes roles responsible for technical project/program management or particular industries in which the incumbent has some foundational knowledge in the specific area to advise on scope changes QA and other more technical aspects of the project.
How youll make an impact:
You will lead the project team allocated to the project defining main guidelines allocating project tasks and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
You will define all project plan documents including scope and financial plans schedule and risk management plan lead the Project Management team and ensure that Hitachi Energy policies i.e. directives instructions and guidelines are followed develop and continuous improve on respective processes based on industry best practices ensure that findings from lessons learned from project execution are incorporated in continuous improvement actions.
You will ensure that the project follows executions best practices and related policies effectively monitor control project progress and efficient resource utilization monitor and control project financials oversee project invoicing status cost expenses and cash flow. You will identify qualify quantify and manage project risks and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
You will capture analyse and share lessons learned throughout the project and ensure that the project is formally closed out as contractually agreed drive the formal acceptance of the project contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
You will act as a key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of working experience and Business administration management leadership and related fields.
Knowledge of agile and lean approaches- Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to Project Manager MS Excel etc.
Minimum CAPM. Certified PMP is preferable and Project planning time management stakeholder management skills.
Experience in strategic planning risk management and change management and Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and able to communicate with different levels in organization.
