It enables individuals to launch and support campaigns petitions and advocacy efforts often aimed at influencing decision-makers and driving policy change. Known for its rapid response to world events the platform connects voices across borders to address challenges such as climate change human rights and corruption.
What Youll Do
Design develop and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend.
Work with cloud infrastructure multiple storage engines and modern DevOps practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines Docker-based environments and version control workflows.
Take ownership of features from concept to production ensuring quality and performance.
Integrate and maintain payment systems (e.g. Stripe PayPal).
Build and optimize messaging API integrations (e.g. Twilio Bird WhatsApp).
What Were Looking For
10 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in shipping real-world products.
Strong fundamentals in computer science system design and problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with Python React and modern full-stack development.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS GCP or Azure) and various storage engines.
Proficiency with Docker CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (remote collaboration experience preferred).
Nice to Have
Experience integrating payment systems
Experience with messaging APIs
