Deskside/Field Support Services with capabilities of:
- IMACD support
- PC deployment
- Hardware fulfillment
- Smart hand support
- End user asset management

Detailed JD
- Monitor record track and respond timely to IMACD requests
- Troubleshoots problem areas (in person by telephone via e-mail or remote control) in a timely and accurate fashion; applies documents and shares the resolution findings
- Effectively manages work understands and meets SLA requirements (personal team and departments work queue). Maintain and update the ticket status log in the ticketing system
- Partner with Helpdesk to resolve the tickets for user issues
- Create and maintain inventory of all IT equipment software software software licenses End User Training Documents Knowledge Base Articles and Project Plans
- Coordinate with support vendors to procure IT equipment and resolve any internal issues
- Assist with execution of IT projects and carry out IT initiatives at the location
- Install and support of Infrastructure equipment including router switches and wireless access points with guidance from the Corporate IT networking team
- Coordinate and support the technical problems of infrastructure equipment utilizing hardware and software testing tools and techniques
- Assists with the support of IP Phones Voicemail and other telephony equipment on the network (Cisco UC phones Analog devices video endpoints)
- Effectively responds to end user requests (in person by telephone via email or remote control) for routine provisioning changes in Cisco Call Manager environment (new/replacement IP phones name changes line additions call forwards voicemail etc.)
- Maintains network and IP phone equipment inventory and asset configuration documentation.
- Processes Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) for failed network and IP phone equipment
- Provides end user training on the use of IP phone services as needed (phone features voicemail chat)
- Monitors and troubleshoots connectivity to printers and computers
- Escorts external IT vendors performing physical work in the environment
- Assists Network Administrators with planned maintenance of Cisco Network and Call Manager environment
