Job Summary:
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align Nexthink configurations with organizational goals. Provide day-to-day support for ad-hoc analysis reporting and troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities:
Platform Configuration & Management:
Configure and customize Nexthink dashboards alerts remote actions and campaigns. Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors and browser extensions across enterprise devices. Ensure data privacy and security compliance. Analytics & Troubleshooting:
Design and execute investigations using NQL (Nexthink Query Language). Monitor digital experience data to proactively identify and resolve IT issues. Create custom scripts and dashboards to improve DEX (Digital Employee Experience) scores. Integration & Automation:
Integrate Nexthink with other IT systems. Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python. Translate reporting needs into production reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.

Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink modules: Act (Remote Actions) Engage (Campaigns) Analytics (Investigations).
Proficiency in NQL PowerShell scripting and incident/change ticket handling.
Familiarity with Windows OS TCP/IP networking and basic application troubleshooting.
Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Exposure to digital workplace management and endpoint tools (e.g. 1E Tachyon SysTrack).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in hybrid or rotational shift environments.
Experience in enterprise-scale IT environments.
