Job Description
- Data Verification:Checking entered data for accuracy completeness and consistency against source documents and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Data Management:Organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Data Cleansing:Identifying and rectifying errors inconsistencies or missing information within datasets to maintain data integrity.
- Report Generation:Creating and exporting spreadsheets reports and other documents as required by management or other departments.
- Data Security:Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adhering to company policies for data protection.
- Data Input:Accurately entering data from various sources such as paper documents electronic files or voice recordings into computer databases and spreadsheets.
