Job Title : RPA & Power BI Developer
Job Type : W2
Experience : 5 7 Years
Location : Dallas Texas
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end solutions that integrate process automation and business intelligence reporting.
- Develop test and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Build maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into automated processes and overall business performance.
- Connect transform and integrate data from multiple sources (databases ERP systems Excel APIs RPA outputs) into scalable and reliable BI solutions.
- Define and track KPIs/metrics for both automated processes and business functions through interactive visualizations.
- Monitor troubleshoot and maintain automation bots and BI dashboards ensuring accuracy reliability and business continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements document process flows and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance security and quality standards across automation and reporting solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes enhance dashboards and improve automation performance.
- Provide training documentation and support to business teams for the adoption and usage of RPA solutions and BI reports.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
