As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the primary contact for our customers in Romania. The role follows a hybrid model (2 days in the office).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Representing the company to external and internal customers answering product-related questions tracing lost shipments interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department taking orders or registrations and when necessary connecting customers to appropriate support or field staff
  • Managing web-based ordering or registrations conferring with management regarding customer credits returning goods for credit and identifying quality assurance complaints

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Excellent communication customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Ability to cope with deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • (Nice to have) Experience in SAP
  • (Nice to have) Experience in a Customer Service role
