Job Summary
What youll do
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Complex Care Assistant supporting a young boy with Infantile Pompe Disease in his family home. Youll receive full training and clinical supervision to develop skills in areas such as tracheostomy care ventilation PEG feeding seizure management and more. The client enjoys worship teaching football collecting football cards movies and Sky Sports News. There is a friendly Labrador at the property and some support will take place in school settings. This is a non-smoking home. Youll help promote independence manage clinical needs and engage with family - making each day different rewarding and a chance to grow your expertise in complex care.
Qualifications :
What youll need
The following clinical skills are required for this role: tracheostomy care PEG feeding ventilation support suctioning medication administration and moving and handling. Full training and ongoing clinical support will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in delivering high-quality care tailored to the clients complex needs.
