As an Administrator you will provide essential support to the team ensuring documents correspondence and data are managed efficiently. This role would suit someone with previous experience as an office administrator receptionist or data entry clerk who is now ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing and preparing documents accurately and efficiently.
General office administration including filing scanning and record-keeping.
Managing correspondence emails and telephone calls in a professional manner.
Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrator receptionist or data entry role.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
