Job Description
Conduct a detailed market analysis of the CMT sector in Riyadh covering demand trends client segments and service gaps.
Benchmark existing CMT labs in the region by analyzing their capabilities pricing models certifications and market positioning.
Define the scope of services for the proposed lab (soil aggregate concrete asphalt steel testing) in line with ASTM AASHTO ISO/IEC 17025 and local standards.
Assess potential client sectors (infrastructure real estate industrial etc.) and develop a client acquisition strategy.
Provide input on financial feasibility including CAPEX estimates OPEX projections and ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect and validate relevant data.
Prepare and present a final market study report with actionable recommendations risk analysis and an implementation roadmap for lab establishment.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
1215 years of experience in CMT lab operations setup and consultancy.
Strong knowledge of ASTM AASHTO ISO/IEC 17025 and GCC/local testing standards.
Proven expertise in market research feasibility studies and laboratory development projects.
Excellent analytical reporting and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the Saudi construction sector market dynamics and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
