Thats the experience our cleaners create every day. At Smart Suites we manage over 100 holiday rentals across Brisbanes southside (Sunnybank Rocklea Acacia Ridge Kuraby and Carina) and we need reliable cleaners to help keep them guest-ready.
Whats on offer
- $80$120 per clean (average 23 hours)
- Daytime work between 10am 3pm (perfect for parents or anyone after flexible hours)
- Contractor role ABN required (well help you sort one if you dont have it)
- Extra work available on weekends and busy periods
- Clear checklists and support from a friendly team
What youll be doing
- Cleaning kitchens bathrooms bedrooms and living areas to a hotel standard
- Changing linen and towels
- Making sure each property is reset and ready for the next guest
- Reporting any issues or damage with quick photo updates
What youll need
- ABN (or willingness to get one)
- Your own transport (car or scooter)
- Some cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (Airbnb hotel house cleaning)
- Able to work weekends when needed
