Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales leadership you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive corporate business growth in the region.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector in Jeddah and surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to corporate clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management
  • Negotiate and close high-value corporate contracts
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical sales practices

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscape
  • Exceptional leadership organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in Arabic and English both written and verbal
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business culture and etiquette
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
