About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer (BL Division) to support our growing Building Materials business. The role involves managing sales inquiries handling tenders addressing technical queries generating new leads and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge a proactive sales approach and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales product knowledge and technical support to help close deals and achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities by researching qualifying prospects and analyzing market and sales leads.
Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports tenders and technical documentation.
Lead the technical aspect of the sales process by developing and conducting professional product presentations and demonstrations.
Increase product sales by building strong relationships with customers and recommending tailored solutions.
Respond to tenders by addressing and expanding on technical and functional requirements in complex documentation.
Stay updated on product developments competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure sales documentation brochures and materials are current and aligned with company standards.
Provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales technical support offering cost-effective innovative and reliable solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct technical training sessions and presentations for clients as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
