We drive innovation efficiency and safety across our casual gaming entertainment platform in the quest for enhanced player engagement.

Allwyn North America is headquartered in Chicago and currently operates the Illinois Lottery under a private management agreement while seeking other opportunities throughout the U.S. We also provide products and services to lotteries and their players throughout Europe and the United States.

About the Team:

The Technology team utilizes the latest technological trends to effectively build and manage solutions in an informal open and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business partners (designers developers marketing and product teams) to manage backlog for the digital small change (CDP) roadmap.
  • Attend weekly delivery calls with vendors and product owners to ensure delivery is on track and of quality.
  • Define key user stories and gather requirements for all new features for upcoming releases.
  • Interface with our internal Quality Assurance Team (CAT) to review bugs and defects as they arise; with the development teams as they have questions on delivery; as well as our Business Analysts (BAs) as they develop requirements for upcoming projects.
  • Manage and evaluate risks/issues and escalate any critical areas to the Senior Director of Digital if likely to impact the broader roadmap business Service Level Agreements or overall risk profile.
  • Attend and provide input at bi-weekly design calls regarding CDP features and projects including user testing specifications.
  • Liaise with content and marketing teams to ensure asset and content creation is fit for purpose and approved prior to each release.
  • Coordinate with content teams and CAT teams on authoring of all environments as needed for testing purposes.
  • Provide backlog items for CDP sprints including new feature input requirements and stakeholder review.
  • Serve as the contact for all roadmap projects that incorporate a digital component with a particular emphasis on those projects centered around iLottery.
  • Manage the Apple and Google app store submissions post-releases.
  • Monitoring reviewing and replying to App Store reviews and HotJar comments with approved responses.
  • Monitor App Store reviews Player Hotline inquiries and general feedback to identify and escalate potential issues. Determine if a support ticket or further vendor investigation is necessary.
  • Incorporate App Store feedback and issues into backlog items to inform future CDP roadmap planning.
  • Oversee and manage App Store guidance and policy changes escalating issues as needed.
  • Act as key contact for the Responsible Gaming Manager on RG feature development.
  • Produce materials to support a quarterly review of recent iLottery releases and upcoming features for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise iLottery technical releases (CDP and project) including being available during release times to guarantee that content is authored properly business checks are carried out and any questions or concerns that arise are escalated correctly.
  • Provide guidance and prioritization of defect fixes and scheduling into the release plan.
  • Provide support for escalated player inquiries and iLottery issues as needed.
  • Analyze the US lottery sector and broader market regarding digital innovation. Include a benchmark of the Illinois iLottery product against the broader US market.


Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management digital marketing UX/UI or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of digital product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) web analytics (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing.

This role has a salary range of $70000 to $90000 depending on experience and qualifications.
