Job Description
SAP Convergent Mediation 3 FTE
Overview
SAP Convergent Mediation powered by Digital Route is a component of the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) suite. It acts as a data orchestration layer that collects transforms and routes usage data from various technical systems to downstream billing components like SAP Convergent Charging and SAP Convergent O2C process it plays a key role in capturing usage events transforming them into chargeable items and fwding them for rating and invoicing.
o Knowledge in the full BRIM flow including SAP SOM SAP CM SAP CC and SAP CI is desired
o SAP BRIM expertise especially in modules like Convergent Charging and Invoicing.
o Experience with workflow design and agent configuration in the Mediation GUI.
o Knowledge of integration protocols (e.g. BAIF SM37 job monitoring).
o Scripting and data transformation skills for customizing workflows.
o Understanding of middleware and data orchestration principles
- Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all financial transactions comply with ELS and regulatory licenses especially within the EEA (Swiss UK) and US jurisdictions
- Data Processing & AccuracyUtilize Convergent Mediation to hold and process data efficiently ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions
- Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Integration teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Convergent Mediation system
- Issue ResolutionProactively address and resolve issues related to payment processing ensuring hotel partners receive payments promptly
- Training & DocumentationProvide training and create documentation for end users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support
Qualifications
- ExperienceProven experience in financial services payment processing or a related field. Prior exposure to Convergent Mediation systems is highly desirable
