Our client is one of Australias largest and best regarded coffin and casket manufacturers in Australia with branches and workshops in every state in the country.
Due to company growth an exciting opportunity has become available for committed and proactive Team Leader/Production Coordinator to join their team.

What are we looking for:
This position is targeting a Trade Qualified Joiner or Cabinetmaker who has had Team Lead or Management experience and is interested in breaking into the coffin/casket making industry.
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and build a strong rapport with your team. You will oversee the teams day to day running and assist with the overall production processes to ensure timely and consistent standards are upheld.
Managing Production Meetings staffs annual and sick leave as well as mentoring the team with your trade knowledge and experience
You are a crafty tradesman and a well organised leader who will bring your minimum 5 years of experience to guide and advise.

This position is on a full-time basis and we encourage international applicants to apply as full work sponsorship is on offer.
To be eligible for an Australian work permit you must have completed a successful Skill Assessment or willing to undertake Skill Assessment and English IELTS.
