Position Mold Technician
Job Location Eau Claire WI

Work Hours (Shift) 2nd Shift (2:54pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday
Starting Pay $21.00 to $23.00 per hour or more based on experience

Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience At least 2 years of experience working as a Mold Tech but prefer 4 to 5 years of experience
The Mold Technician is responsible for setting up changing over and maintaining injection molding machines ranging from 35 to 1000 tons. This role requires mechanical skill process knowledge and a strong focus on quality control. Successful candidates will help drive production efficiency while ensuring parts meet exact specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and change over injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process or mechanical issues during production.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and ensure all customer specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in injection mold machine set-up preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working overtime when needed to meet production demands.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency ownership and integrity in daily work.
- Familiarity with processing parameters of various tools and quality control standards.
