Our bustling clinic in Timaru is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of the Habit Health way. This is a role open to clinicians who have a couple of years under their belt and can hit the ground running. If you are looking for a training and mentorship opportunity we can provide it to you. If you are a mid-career OT looking to work towards a more leadership role we can provide you with those opportunities too.

Our OTs work on a variety of contracts and for this role we are looking for a clinician with interest / experience in concussion vocational rehabilitation or social rehabilitation.

Main responsibilities:

Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
Liaise with allied health team members in a supportive MDT
Create patient reports on client abilities goals and best practice intervention
Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:

Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
Full NZ Drivers license for community rehabilitation
Excellent communication skills you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
