National Grid is hiring a Performance and Development Process Manager to lead on the development and delivery of solutions for our leaders and colleagues. This is a varied role that requires you to be highly experienced in leadership development and performance management best practice; external and internal stakeholder relationship management; project and programme management; communications; and performance measurement and evaluation.
If you have previous experience within performance and development delivery and have excellent external and internal stakeholder relationship management skills we would love to hear from you!
The role requires an individual who can work with overlapping complexities differing geographical requirements and a future-fit approach to performance and development.
This role will be based from our London office (located at the Strand) and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
Performance Management
A competitive salary between 61000 - 74000 per annum dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
