As one of Canadas most iconic quick-service restaurants Tim Hortons is all about serving our guests with warmth speed and a smile. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations while supporting and motivating team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Train coach and provide feedback to team members.
- Supervise staff to ensure policies procedures and food safety standards are followed.
- Manage cash handling daily deposits and POS operations.
- Ensure speed of service product quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Assist in scheduling and labor management to meet business needs.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support management in achieving sales labor and service targets.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
