Job Title:Clinical Manager Exempt/Non-exempt:EXEMPT Immediate Supervisor:Clinical Director Salary: $62000 - $78000 Essential Functions: - Provide clinical supervision and support to unlicensed staff and monitors use of clinical interventions required documentation staff productivity reporting and data collection across all programs.
- Oversight of clinical internship programming including recruitment training supervision and collaboration with the field liaison from the university or college in which the intern attends.
- Ensure clinical staff in the counseling department complete required trainings. Coordinate and facilitate professional development to ensure clinical staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills in various areas such as trauma informed services and other clinical therapeutic modalities.
- Work in conjunction with the clinical director to develop and maintain professional relationships in the community schools police departments and with other organizations.
- Management of clinical staff case assignments and monitoring of caseloads of clinical staff for compliance in meeting productivity standards.
- Management of the Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services (CCBYS) 24-hour crisis intervention program for youth; including staff scheduling and supervision of crisis calls.
- Supports the clinical director in the hiring process of clinical staff; which includes reviewing resumes interviewing onboarding and training.
- Works independently and consistently exercises discretion and sound judgement.
- Available to work extended evening hours and/or possible weekends to provide supervision and support of crisis program.
- Meets annual expectations for training and certification. Acquires ongoing skills and knowledge and adheres to required attendance for meetings and conferences both within and outside the agency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Must have access to a vehicle a valid drivers license a good driving record and proof of auto insurance.

Knowledge and Ability Requirements: - Demonstrates a broad variety of management skills in all facets of supporting successful social service programs.
- Understands a variety of therapeutic modalities including solution focused treatment CBT family systems DBT crisis intervention motivational interviewing and substance use.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge and experience working with the CCBYS program.

- Professional adaptable and able to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
Education and Experience: A Masters Degree from an accredited program in counseling psychology social work or marriage and family therapy is required. Candidates must hold a State License (LCPC LMFT or LCSW) and have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience collaborating with law enforcement schools and the community is preferred. Additionally candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to 360s mission and vision fostering teamwork with both internal staff and external community partners. Works with staff to support and implement management decisions.

- Safety and Agency Resource Utilization:Demonstrates sound judgement and foresight in safety awareness and in daily work. Notifies in a timely manner the supervisory chain of any incidents or circumstances that need attention. Report all suspicions or allegations of abuse immediately to their supervisor. Ensures appropriate utilization of materials and resources and minimizes waste.
