What youll do at Elekta
As Product Marketing Manager for our Neuro Portfolio you will use your technical clinical and market expertise to develop compelling value propositions messaging and positioning strategies for Elektas neurosurgery solutions. You will focus on outbound marketing initiatives working closely with Portfolio Management to identify opportunities develop messaging and sales tools and partner with Regional Marketing to activate enablement programs.
You will play a critical role in bridging clinical understanding with strategic marketing enabling sales teams to confidently communicate Elektas value while also supporting the global marketing function in creating customer-centric campaigns and supporting launches across regions.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
Strategic and creative mindset with independence in driving initiatives
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing conditions
Self-sufficient and solutions-oriented
Willingness and flexibility to travel locally & internationally (up to 20%)
What you bring
Scientific clinical or engineering background with experience in the healthcare sector
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or similar MSc or MBA is a plus
Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in healthcare
Experience in Clinical Marketing Product Marketing or Product Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
International experience working across global cross-functional teams
Experience in developing sales enablement tools and driving product commercialization
