We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Analyst to support our Call Center operations. This role focuses on analyzing data monitoring collection activities and providing insights that help our teams achieve their targets while ensuring smooth processes and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze call center performance related to collections activities
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on collections KPIs
- Identify trends risks and improvement opportunities in customer payment behavior
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve collection strategies
- Support the call center team with accurate data tools and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in data analysis reporting or a support function (experience in collections or call center environment is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (knowledge of reporting tools/BI systems is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Good communication skills to collaborate with call center teams and management
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English
