Responsibilities:

Support customer with strong paper & pulp knowledge and Voith Fabric and Rolls know-how;
Support Optimization Team manager to do the Enhanced Services Optimization services new project technical support and other trouble shooting programs which is asked by Sales or PM;
Drive Optimization Projects in line with the regional needs;
Build up competitive edge of differentiation together with sales drive profitable growth through creation of customer value;
Ensure Excellence in optimization team which brings value added.

Requirements:

Bachlor or Master degree in papermaking papermaking automation preferred.
5 years working experience in the Pulp & Paper Industry.
Writing & Oral English required.
Strong logic analytic skills as well as strong tactical skills.
Team Player / team motivator.
AI application background as a plus
